Position Overview

supports day-to-day marketing operations, event preparation, and customer engagement initiatives. This role focuses on assisting with in-person outreach and promotional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparing materials and displays for events and outreach activities.
Support coordination of in-person marketing initiatives.
Engage with customers and provide information about services or programs.
Maintain organized records of marketing materials and activities.
Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Support team members during events and on-site initiatives.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Positive and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service or event experience is a plus but not required.
