AFX Lighting is looking for a Creative & Digital Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand and support our expanding product portfolio.
If you’re passionate about photography, design, content creation, and leveraging AI tools to work smarter and faster, this role is for you.
Photography, Video & Visual Content
Capture high‑quality product and lifestyle photography
Edit and retouch images using Adobe Creative Suite + AI tools (generative fill, masking, upscaling, etc.)
Create short‑form videos for social and digital campaigns
Maintain consistent visual identity across all brand assets
Graphic Design & Creative Development
Design brochures, sell sheets, presentations, social media assets & web graphics
Use AI‑assisted tools to accelerate concepts, variations, and production
Partner with marketing & product teams on campaign creative
Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube
Use AI for content ideas, caption writing, and optimization
Monitor engagement, track performance, and apply insights
Website & Digital Marketing
Update product pages, visuals, and web content
Support landing pages, blogs, and campaign content
Use AI tools for SEO, metadata, keyword research & performance monitoring
Marketing Ops & Optimization
Support product launches, campaigns, and events
Use analytics dashboards to track results
Apply AI‑driven insights to improve workflows and performance
Requirements:
5–7 years of marketing experience
Strong photography + graphic design proficiency
Experience managing brand social media
Comfort using AI tools for content creation and optimization
Preferred:
Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.)
SEO knowledge, WordPress, Google Analytics, WCAG awareness
Experience supporting product‑driven or B2B brands
Use of AI for SEO, metadata support, performance insights, and reporting
Experience with SEO best practices and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console)
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress
