About the Role We’re looking for a
Trade Marketing Manager
who thrives at the intersection of
brand storytelling and sales performance . In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life—combining
creative vision, market insight, and data-driven strategy
to drive measurable growth.
You’ll be the key connector between teams, ensuring that every campaign not only looks great—but delivers real results.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute
high-impact marketing initiatives
that drive sales across retail, on-premise, and e-commerce channels
Act as the
strategic bridge
between sales, marketing, operations, and creative teams
Develop and launch
innovative trade campaigns
that elevate brand presence at the point of sale
Create compelling
POS materials and trade collateral
that captivate retailers and distributors
Plan and execute
events, tastings, and shopper marketing programs
that bring the brand to life
Build and maintain strong partnerships with
retailers, distributors, and sales teams
Ensure
brand consistency and excellence
across all activations
Manage budgets while maximizing ROI on campaigns and events
Analyze performance data and continuously
optimise strategies for growth
Identify new opportunities across key accounts and emerging channels
Stay ahead of
industry trends and competitive insights
to keep the brand innovative and relevant
Support compliance and legal standards across all promotional activities
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience (6–10 preferred), ideally in
wine, spirits, or CPG
Strong understanding of
retail and on-premise environments
Proven success in managing
trade marketing campaigns and partnerships
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
A
data-driven mindset
with a passion for delivering results
Genuine enthusiasm for the
wine industry, branding, and consumer experience
