Retail Sales & Target Achievement

Deliver monthly, quarterly & annual retail sales targets for assigned territory Drive booking-to-delivery conversion ratio improvement Ensure test ride conversions and walk-in management optimization Execute retail push strategies during peak campaigns & seasonal demand

Dealer Performance Management

Monitor dealer KPIs: sales volume, enquiry generation, conversion rate, accessories penetration Conduct weekly dealer review meetings and performance audits Identify underperforming dealers and implement corrective action plans Support dealer manpower planning and sales team capability development

Market Development & Expansion

Identify potential micro-markets and new dealership/experience store opportunities Conduct territory mapping and competitor benchmarking Increase market share against premium and commuter competitors Drive rural and semi-urban penetration strategy

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

Ensure optimal stock availability and model mix planning Monitor ageing inventory and implement liquidation strategies Coordinate with central supply team for demand forecasting accuracy Maintain healthy stock turn ratio

Brand & Customer Experience Control

Ensure showroom compliance with brand guidelines and VM standards Monitor customer satisfaction score (CSI) and grievance resolution Ensure proper delivery ceremony experience and brand engagement Drive rider community events and local activations

Financial & Commercial Governance

Monitor dealer profitability and working capital discipline Ensure timely collection of payments and reconciliation Maintain compliance with company policies and audit standards Track incentive program performance and payout validation

Field Execution & Reporting

Conduct regular market visits and competitor intelligence gathering Submit structured territory performance dashboards Provide actionable insights to regional leadership Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
