Grassroots Campaign Field Director

Oversee volunteer recruitment, management, and coordination across the campaign Represent the campaign at local Republican Party clubs, community groups, and grassroots events Serve as a public-facing representative of the campaign to volunteers and supporters Build and maintain a strong grassroots volunteer network through community organizing Train and encourage volunteers to utilize campaign organizing apps and digital outreach tools Requirements: Experience in campaign field operations, volunteer management, or grassroots organizing Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills Ability to represent the campaign professionally at political and community events Comfortable training volunteers on organizing technology and campaign tools Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple volunteer initiatives
