European Marketplace Growth Manager (Amazon & EU) - Remote

Can be based in UK or Remote in Germany Our client is hiring a Marketplace Manager to play a central role in expanding international ecommerce performance across key European channels. This is a strong opportunity to join a growth-focused business where you can shape marketplace strategy, improve trading performance and influence how products reach customers across multiple regions. You will work across established platforms and emerging channels, with the freedom to test, optimise and make commercially meaningful decisions in a role that blends marketplace ownership with wider ecommerce collaboration. The Marketplace Manager will lead international marketplace growth, taking ownership of Amazon performance across the UK, Germany and France while supporting wider ecommerce activity and marketplace expansion across Europe. Please note, you must be able to speak fluent German for this role so they are open to candidates who are based in Germany as well. Role Highlights Own Amazon marketplace activity across multiple European regions Manage ChannelEngine listings for platforms such as Otto, Kaufland and MediaMarkt Improve visibility, conversion and revenue through product optimisation Lead testing of content, imagery and listing assets to boost performance Support Shopify trading activity, merchandising and campaign updates You Will Need Strong experience managing marketplaces, especially Amazon Knowledge of A+ content, Brand Registry and listing best practice Confidence working with PPC and SEO teams to improve results Fluent English and German, both written and spoken Sharp commercial judgement, accuracy and analytical thinking If you are a commercially minded
