About The Role
NDM Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Events Manager to join our team at Miami Worldcenter. This role works closely with Property Management, Marketing, and Entertainment teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support daily operations and special event activations. You'll coordinate common‑area and entertainment district events, collaborate with tenants, and help bring the property's brand experience to life.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and third‑party partners
Develop marketing and event strategy plans, including activation calendars (subject to approval)
Collaborate with the Director of Sponsorship Sales to identify and secure new sponsor partnerships
Oversee or support all event activations, including internal programming and tenant‑driven events
Manage timelines, documentation, and logistics for event activations
Capture content for social media and other marketing needs
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in Marketing and/or Entertainment Events
Fluent in English and Spanish
High School Diploma or GED
Associate's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in English, Spanish, and a third language
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
