$50–$70/hour

Remote
Commitment:
10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate and critique how AI systems interpret and analyze visual design across mediums. Collaborate asynchronously with a team of designers across disciplines. Craft, critique, and review experimental design workflows with frontier AI models. Shape visual reasoning and composition in AI-generated content. Provide structured feedback to improve AI model outputs and design workflows.
Qualifications
Must-Have
1+ years of professional experience in a visual, critique-based, or design-adjacent field. Bachelor's degree or Master's in a design field such as Art History, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related areas. Experience with LLMs, GenAI prompting, and vibe coding. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, Europe, Australia, or Brazil.
Start Date
Early March; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
