B2B Marketing Project Manager — Salesforce & Ops (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and operational management of key marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams, helping ensure marketing programs are delivered on time, tracked effectively, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B marketing experience and hands-on Salesforce knowledge, along with the ability to manage multiple projects, track performance, and coordinate across teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with budgets, data, reporting, and CRM systems while helping drive operational efficiency across marketing programs.

Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite NYC Full Time Hours, 1+ year contract Rate: $28-32 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities:

Project & Program Management

Manage timelines, task tracking, and documentation for marketing initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and aligned with business priorities. Coordinate cross-functional efforts between marketing, sales, finance, and external partners to support successful campaign execution. Maintain project trackers, marketing briefs, and centralized documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across initiatives.

B2B Marketing Program Support

Support the execution of B2B marketing programs, including sales enablement initiatives, partner activations, experiential programs, and industry events. Assist with the setup, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns designed to support sales growth and client engagement. Collaborate with sales stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with pipeline development and business objectives.

Salesforce & CRM Management

Support the administration and optimization of Salesforce, including data management, campaign tracking, and reporting. Maintain CRM data quality and ensure accurate campaign attribution and visibility for both marketing and sales teams. Partner with internal stakeholders to improve CRM workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational processes.

Budget Tracking & Reporting

Assist with marketing budget tracking, reconciliation, and forecasting across multiple campaigns and vendors. Maintain accurate records of invoices, spend, and accruals in partnership with finance and marketing leadership. Help develop budget and performance reports that provide visibility into marketing investments and outcomes.

Performance Reporting & Analytics

Compile and maintain recurring KPI reports across marketing campaigns, programs, and channels. Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools. Analyze and synthesize campaign performance data to help inform future marketing strategies and optimizations.

Event & Marketing Operations Support

Provide operational support for industry events and marketing programs, including vendor coordination, registration management, asset delivery, and post-event reporting. Assist with logistics, documentation, and coordination for key marketing initiatives and client-facing activations. Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization across marketing operations.

Required Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM required, including campaign tracking, reporting, and data management. Experience supporting marketing campaigns in a sales-driven or B2B environment. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in Excel, reporting dashboards, and marketing operations tools. Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and performance metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and leadership teams. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
