Experienced Roofing Closers Only Tru Concepts Roofing & Renovations is expanding and looking for experienced roofing sales professionals who want to maximize their earnings in a low-overhead, high-commission environment.
We specialize in insurance restoration and residential roofing and are looking for motivated reps who can run claims, close deals, and manage projects from inspection to completion.
This is a full-cycle sales role for experienced closers only.
Compensation Commission Split: 10 / 65 / 35
One of the highest commission structures in roofing sales

Responsibilities
Generate your own leads and run appointments
Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage
Write and manage insurance restoration claims
Meet with and negotiate with insurance adjusters
Manage customers and pipeline through CRM systems
Guide homeowners through materials and project scope
Manage projects from contract to completion
Requirements
Roofing sales experience strongly preferred
Ability to write and manage insurance claims independently
Experience working with adjusters and claim meetings
Proficiency in Xactimate and CRM systems
Strong time management and self-motivation
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
