The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to kick off our paid ads team in person at our Broken Arrow office. You'll be hands-on managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for real local businesses with real budgets. You'll be inside high-level ad accounts, making decisions that directly impact revenue for our clients.
Here's what the day-to-day looks like:
Building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns from the ground up
Digging into analytics to figure out what's working, what's not, and what to do about it
Researching keywords and writing ad copy that converts
Talking to clients directly about performance
Collaborating with our SEO and creative teams to make sure everything works together
Getting cross-trained in SEO fundamentals so you understand the full picture of how local businesses win online
What We're Looking For
No experience required, but is preferred.
We'll train the right person from scratch. What matters more is your attitude and your willingness to get better every single day. Familiarity with Google Ads or any paid ad platform is a plus. Analytical mindset. You don't need to be a data scientist, but you should like figuring things out. Strong communication skills. You'll be talking to real business owners. Organized and proactive.
