Events Assistant

and help bring exciting events to life. From coordinating logistics to supporting event-day operations, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes while helping create experiences that people remember. What This Role Is About

As an Events Assistant, you’ll work closely with the events and marketing teams to help plan, organize, and execute a variety of events. No two days are exactly the same — one day you might be helping prepare for a large corporate event, and the next you could be assisting with a promotional launch or private gathering. You’ll play a key role in making sure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with the planning and coordination of events from initial setup to completion Supporting event logistics including venue preparation, equipment setup, and scheduling Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and event staff Helping manage guest lists, registrations, and attendee support Ensuring event materials, signage, and displays are prepared and organized Providing on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly Assisting the events team with post-event breakdown and reporting What We’re Looking For

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments A strong communicator who works well with teams and vendors Detail-oriented and proactive when solving problems Enthusiastic about events, hospitality, or marketing Previous experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
