Jennifer Jacobs - State Farm is hiring a full-time to join our fast-paced, customer-focused agency. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a supportive and high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service
Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
Educate clients on available insurance products and identify opportunities to cross-sell
Assist with claims processes and follow up on customer needs
Maintain accurate records in our agency management system
Qualifications:
Insurance experience preferred (but not required)
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Organized, dependable, and customer-service driven
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
