We The People Museum Relaunch (September 18–20, 2026) . The coordinator will help plan and manage logistics, fundraising,
corporate sponsorship outreach , marketing, and
community engagement , while working closely with
youth interns and volunteers . Duties include timelines and checklists, vendor and venue coordination, volunteer scheduling, sponsor communication, and
day-of-event support . A
San Diego–based volunteer is preferred , with availability on all event dates and flexible planning hours beforehand. Experience with event planning, fundraising, sponsorship outreach, working with youth/volunteers, or marketing is helpful; passion for community impact matters most.
