
NYC-Based Executive Assistant to CEO: Strategic Partner

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role serves as a key partner to the executive team, helping manage daily priorities, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure smooth business operations.

This position is located in New York City and required to be in the office 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations and track follow-up items
• Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with expense reporting
• Draft and manage routine business correspondence and communications
• Maintain organized records, files, and contact information
• Support special projects and assist with tracking key initiatives
• Assist with Board-related activities and company events as needed
• Provide general administrative and office support
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of discretion and professionalism
