Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role serves as a key partner to the executive team, helping manage daily priorities, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure smooth business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position is located in New York City and required to be in the office 5 days a week Key Responsibilities • Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations and track follow-up items • Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with expense reporting • Draft and manage routine business correspondence and communications • Maintain organized records, files, and contact information • Support special projects and assist with tracking key initiatives • Assist with Board-related activities and company events as needed • Provide general administrative and office support Qualifications • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • High level of discretion and professionalism
