Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development: Identify and capture new opportunities to expand our non-hazardous industrial waste services and other solutions within the assigned region.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships by delivering customized solutions tailored to clients needs.

Consultative Sales Approach: Use a solutions-based methodology to present and promote company capabilities, driving value for clients.

Negotiation and Collaboration: Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Post-Sale Support: Ensure seamless transition from sale to service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Performance Tracking: Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and pipeline reporting effectively.

Qualifications

Proven Success in Sales: Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in a professional sales role, preferably in the manufacturing, industrial, or environmental services industries.

Education: Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of environmental regulations, waste, and transportation preferred.

Technical Expertise: Experience using CRM systems to track sales metrics and performance.

Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a passion for teamwork.

Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and travel as needed within the region.

Pay Range $101 - $140
