Intellectual Property Paralegal (Patent Prosecution) – 3+ Years – Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $84,000 – $93,000
Experience: 3+ years (patent prosecution required)

Candidates Must
Have experience in U.S. and international patent prosecution
Be comfortable managing docketing and USPTO filings
This Role Is Not Suitable For
Litigation paralegals
General corporate or legal assistants
Candidates without patent prosecution experience
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and file U.S. and international patent applications (provisional, non‑provisional, PCT, national phase)
Manage patent docketing systems and deadlines
Draft and review USPTO filings (IDS, Office Action responses, formal papers)
Coordinate with attorneys, foreign counsel, and clients
Track and manage case statuses and filing requirements
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of patent prosecution experience (law firm or in‑house)
Experience with USPTO procedures and deadlines
Familiarity with docketing systems and document management tools
Strong organizational skills in a high‑volume environment
