About the Firm
A growing boutique law firm in Kent, Washington, focusing on immigration and plaintiff-side personal injury, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly barred or early-career attorney to gain hands‑on litigation and client experience in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.
Position Summary Associate Attorney – Personal Injury & Immigration
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong writing, communication, and organizational skills to handle case details.
Manage multiple cases and client matters independently with supervision.
Support the development of legal strategies involving immigration and plaintiff‑side litigation.
Assist in client development and case management.
Collaborate within a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented firm culture.
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Washington State Bar or recently barred (or awaiting results).
Strong interest in immigration law and/or plaintiff‑side litigation (prior experience preferred but not required).
Ability to manage multiple cases and client matters independently with supervision.
Benefits
Competitive base salary ($110,000 – $140,000 per year).
