Salary: $160,000 - $195,650 per year

A bit about us: Senior IP litigator who can step in, take ownership, and move matters forward without needing constant direction. This role involves hands on responsibility across patent and IP disputes in federal court, including drafting briefs & motions, managing discovery, taking & defending depositions, working closely with technical experts, supporting PTAB proceedings when they run in parallel, and helping shape case strategy from early evaluation through trial prep, all while communicating directly with clients and keeping things efficient & drama free. Prior experience with PTAB work.

SR level IP litigation experience, patent experience strongly preferred
Strong writing, strong judgment, strong follow through
Comfortable owning a workstream and being accountable for outcomes
Experience in any combination of motion practice, discovery, depositions, experts, and hearing prep
