The National Business Development Manager is a high‑visibility, strategic revenue leader responsible for expanding PROMAN Skilled Trades’ national footprint across the construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. This role focuses on securing large‑scale, multi‑state workforce programs and positioning PROMAN as the preferred skilled trades partner for complex, high‑volume projects. You will engage directly with senior‑level decision‑makers, develop enterprise partnerships, and play a critical role in shaping PROMAN’s national growth strategy. This is a high‑impact hunter role with national reach, executive exposure, and the opportunity to drive multi‑million‑dollar growth in rapidly expanding markets. Key Responsibilities

National Business Development

Lead national expansion by identifying, pursuing, and securing major construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the U.S. Develop and execute a targeted national sales strategy focused on general contractors, EPC firms, industrial builders, and enterprise‑level construction organizations. Generate new business through executive networking, national industry events, strategic outreach, and deep relationship development. Oversee complex contract negotiations and finalize national service agreements with C‑suite and senior leadership stakeholders. Strategic Account Management

Build and sustain long‑term partnerships with national and multi‑state construction firms, ensuring PROMAN’s continued presence in high‑value programs. Serve as a strategic advisor to major clients, maintaining frequent communication with project executives and key decision‑makers. Coordinate with recruiting, operations, and account leadership to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts and drive multi‑region scaling initiatives. Project & Workforce Planning

Collaborate with internal recruiting leadership to forecast skilled trades labor demand for multi‑site and high‑volume projects. Align staffing strategies with project timelines, safety standards, scopes of work, and compliance requirements. Support proposal development, pricing strategy, margin goals, and national labor deployment plans. Market & Industry Leadership

Maintain expert‑level knowledge of national construction trends, labor market fluctuations, and workforce challenges affecting skilled trades deployment. Represent PROMAN Skilled Trades at major national conferences, trade associations, and industry forums. Monitor competitor strategies, market positioning, and emerging opportunities in infrastructure, industrial builds, and large‑scale construction. Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in construction, industrial staffing, or skilled trades workforce solutions. Strong relationships with GCs, EPCs, project executives, and industry influencers. Experience negotiating complex national contracts and enterprise service agreements. Ability to travel nationally for client meetings, industry events, and project development.
