
Remote Transportation Sales Executive

We’re partnered with a fast‑growing, family‑owned 3PL built by real freight professionals—not corporate layers—that is expanding its LTL Sales Executive team. This is a highly selective search for elite LTL brokers who know how to build business, manage true customer relationships, and want a company that gives them autonomy instead of restrictions.
This role is designed for top‑tier producers who can bring a transferable book of business and want a platform built for growth—not micromanagement. The company’s leadership understands LTL at a deep level, runs lean, and gives their salespeople the freedom to build, manage, and scale their customer base with full backing. You’ll operate independently, supported by a veteran operations team known for being the best at execution, communication, and follow‑through.
Key points:
Highly autonomous LTL sales role
Must bring a transferable book of business
Must not have a non‑compete
Veteran operations team known for outstanding execution
Family‑owned environment with direct access to leadership
No corporate layers, no unnecessary approvals
A platform designed for elite producers to grow rapidly
What they’re looking for:
Proven LTL sales background with consistent performance
A hunter mentality and an active or partially transferable book
Experience selling palletized freight, LTL, or volume LTL
