About the Role We are seeking a highly creative and analytical

Social Media Manager

to lead execution across all social platforms while building a

scalable, performance-driven UGC engine .

This role is responsible for day-to-day content operations, creative direction, and performance optimization. You will work closely with our growth, creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure content is not only on-brand, but

engineered to convert at scale .

This role is ideal for someone who understands how top DTC brands win — where content is built for

both cultural relevance and revenue impact .

What You’ll Own Content Execution

Execute content across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging platforms

Own the content calendar (planning, pacing, campaign alignment)

Manage short-form video, UGC, and platform-native formats

Write and refine conversion-driven captions

Coordinate with creators, editors, and internal teams

UGC & Creator Engine (Core Focus)

Build and scale a high-output creator network

Source, onboard, and manage UGC creators

Develop clear, performance-focused creative briefs

Maintain a consistent pipeline of fresh creative for testing

Identify and scale top-performing creators

Performance & Optimization

Track performance across organic and paid channels

Run ongoing testing across hooks, formats, and messaging

Share weekly insights and performance updates

Paid Media Integration

Partner with paid media to identify and scale winning creatives

Refresh content to avoid creative fatigue

Align organic + paid strategies to maximize results

What We’re Looking For

4–7+ years in social media, UGC, or performance creative roles

Strong understanding of short-form content (TikTok, Reels)

Proven ability to turn content into measurable results

Analytical mindset — comfortable working with performance data

Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments

Strong copywriting skills (brand + conversion)

Nice to Have

Experience in DTC / eCommerce brands

Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem

Experience with GA4 or platform analytics tools

Experience managing UGC/creator networks
