Anticipate and manage adoption risks across interdependent teams, platforms, and business units. Partner with program leadership to integrate operating models and change strategy into overall program governance.

Executive Leadership Serve as an advisor to executives across Marketing, Digital, IT, Data, Operations, and HR. Lead executive visioning sessions focused on AI strategy, adoption readiness, and organizational implications.
