Your Work Matters How will you make a difference? The Social Media & Business Development Liaison at Ridgeview Institute Smyrna (RIS) plays a critical role in driving growth, expanding community partnerships, and elevating the hospital’s brand presence across Georgia. This position blends digital strategy with in-person outreach, directly impacting patient access, referral development, and program visibility—especially within our Evergreen Program for seniors.

This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on building connections, creating momentum, and turning strategy into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities Digital Presence & Brand Growth

Lead and grow RIS’s presence across major social media platforms

Develop and execute content strategies that promote RIS and its full continuum of behavioral health programs

Drive engagement that converts into awareness, inquiries, and referrals

Monitor and respond to social media reviews, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner

Strategic Outreach & Relationship Building

Build and maintain referral relationships with nursing homes, assisted living, and memory care communities across Georgia

Represent RIS in the community through meetings, presentations, and outreach visits

Identify, develop, and secure new partnership opportunities to support admissions growth

Serve as a key liaison between RIS and external partners to strengthen referral pipelines

Performance & Accountability

Track outreach efforts, referral activity, and engagement metrics

Demonstrate ownership of territory and results, proactively identifying opportunities for growth

Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with hospital priorities and program goals

Your Experience Matters / What We’re Looking For

Education & Licensure: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience:

Experience in healthcare outreach, admissions, business development, or related field required

Experience working with long-term care communities (nursing homes, assisted living, memory care) strongly preferred

Experience managing or growing social media platforms in a professional setting is preferred

Additional Skill Requirements:

Strong relationship-building and networking skills

Proven ability to drive engagement, referrals, or business growth

Digitally savvy with the ability to use social media as a strategic business tool

Self‑motivated with a high level of initiative, accountability, and follow‑through

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional presence

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment

Compensation This is a full‑time role, and the expected compensation range is $50,000 - $67,000 annually. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be given to experience and skill level. Join us as our Social Media & Community Development Liaison!
