Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for an HVAC - Comfort Advisor at Haven Services. The HVAC - Comfort Advisor will evaluate customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and recommend services and equipment to improve comfort and efficiency. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, diagnosing issues, offering maintenance plans, and following up on customer satisfaction. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems with experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Proficiency in plumbing and practical understanding of system diagnostics Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and provide clear communication Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage daily tasks effectively Problem-solving skills and the capacity to recommend practical and cost-effective solutions Experience in sales or advisory roles in the home services industry is a plus Technical training or certifications in HVAC or related trades preferred The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position.
