Mortgage Compliance Analyst

Summary
The Compliance Analyst will work on the Compliance team, fully onsite, in a professional work environment. The Compliance Analyst must be self‑sufficient and show the initiative to self‑educate industry product and program guidelines. The expectation is to maintain strict confidentiality of business information and processes while upholding organizational values.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assist management with exams and audits.
Review advertising and social media content for compliance.
Assist with BSA/AML compliance.
Assist management with HMDA and Fair Lending reviews.
Complete other compliance tasks and/or projects as assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
Compliance Monitoring knowledge (TILA, RESPA, TRID, ATR/QM, ECOA, HMDA reporting requirements).
Mortgage‑based AML/BSA experience.
Vendor management knowledge.
Strong analytical and decision‑making/problem‑solving skills.
A keen eye for accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to handle a high‑volume workload and multitask.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization and time‑management skills.
Proficiency in computers including LOS systems, Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to adapt to, learn and utilize multiple software programs.
Ability to deliver effective results and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Ability to communicate and work well with investors and co‑workers.
Possess clear, concise and effective written and oral communication skills.
Present themselves in a professional manner in all workplace interactions.
Pay range is $24.00 - $28.00 per hour.
Position is in‑person at our corporate office in Brookfield, WI.
