What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee the full event registration lifecycle, including setup, reporting, and onsite check-in
Manage hotel logistics, including catering, room blocks, and VIP arrangements
Coordinate audiovisual logistics and run of show management for events
Provide high-quality client service by maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Assist with post-event reporting and budget reconciliation
What is Required (Qualifications):
5-10 years of experience in event management, particularly with large, complex events
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and event registration platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with government and/or federal agencies
CMP or CGMP certification
Familiarity with AI-powered assistants like CoPilot
Previous experience providing call center support for event registration
Experience supporting events on behalf of external clients
