This is a high‑impact role at the heart of our growth strategy. You’ll own the customer journey end‑to‑end - from first activation to long‑term expansion - designing lifecycle programs that turn engaged customers into loyal advocates. You’ll partner closely with
Marketing, Sales, Product and Research , using data to understand customer behavior and build thoughtful, timely engagement across onboarding, retention, win‑back and expansion. From segmentation and journey mapping to hands‑on campaign execution, you’ll translate insight into action - and action into measurable impact. You’ll also play a key role in bringing Savanta’s expanding technology and AI‑powered products to life, driving adoption of platforms like
Explorer
and
Plinc , and supporting product launches across our portfolio. Whether its personalized lifecycle campaigns, expansion plays with Sales, or advocacy programs that spotlight our customers’ success, your work will be visible - and valued. About You:
You’re a hands‑on strategist - equally comfortable setting the vision and rolling up your sleeves to execute. You thrive in fast‑moving, collaborative environments where your ideas directly shape strategy, not just slide decks. You have a strong command of customer journeys, a sharp analytical mind that turns data into action, and a bias toward testing and iteration. You're energized by lean, fast-paced environments where you have direct access to leadership and can shape strategy while staying close to execution. You bring the credibility of experience and the drive of a builder - and you're genuinely excited about the craft of lifecycle marketing. This role is for you if:
You love building lifecycle programs from the ground up and staying close to execution You’re fluent in data, confident with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, and motivated by testing and optimization. You bring 6+ years’ experience in lifecycle, retention or CRM marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or data‑led environment. You thrive in fast‑moving, collaborative teams where your ideas shape strategy - not just slide decks. This role is ideal for a lifecycle marketer who loves building from the ground up and staying close to execution. You’ll bring:
6+ years’ experience in lifecycle, retention or CRM marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or data‑led environment. Proven experience owning and executing multi‑channel lifecycle programs end‑to‑end. Strong proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce (additional marketing automation tools a plus). Hands‑on experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and engagement or health scoring. Confidence working with data — pulling insights, building reports, and making the case for investment. A track record of driving measurable improvements in activation, retention, or expansion metrics. Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
