NYC Commercial Leasing Manager: Lead Deals & Market Strategy

We are seeking a results-driven In-House Commercial Leasing Manager to oversee the marketing and leasing strategy for our expanding portfolio of new development retail and commercial assets across New York City and Queens. This role will manage the full leasing lifecycle, working closely with Ownership, the Sales Director, and In-House Counsel to execute deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities Oversee leasing across multiple assets in Long Island City, Queens, and Manhattan Manage broker outreach, tenant sourcing, and relationship building Lead negotiations for leases, renewals, and LOIs Evaluate tenants based on NYC Zoning Use Groups and Certificate of Occupancy requirements Coordinate change-of-use applications and compliance processes Develop and execute marketing strategies for vacancies Track leasing pipeline and report to leadership Qualifications 3–7 years of NYC commercial leasing experience Strong knowledge of NYC zoning, Use Groups, and C of O processes Strong negotiation and communication skills Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (based on experience) Commission: Performance-based per executed lease
