Marketing Coordinator (Entry-Level)
About the Role Korin is a New York-based supplier of high-quality Japanese knives, tableware, and kitchen tools, serving professional chefs and hospitality businesses.
We are looking for a Marketing coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations across digital and offline channels.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn and glow through hands-on experience. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to execute real marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You will be involved in a range of marketing activities including Instagram content, email campaigns, product storytelling, and customer related coordination.
What You’ll Do
Support social media content execution (posting, captions, scheduling)
Assist with email marketing campaigns (setup, segmentation, scheduling)
Help maintain and organize customer lists
Assist with website updates (product content, promotional changes)
Support drafting product descriptions and marketing copy
Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, events, and product launches
Assist with general marketing operations and administrative tasks

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Proactive mindset, able to move tasks forward even with limited direction
Open to feedback and able to apply it constructively
Strong communication skills and positive, collaborative attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to collaborate with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds, with openness to different perspectives and feedback
Interest in the hospitality, food, or culinary industry is highly preferred
