What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and the development team

Gather, analyze, and document requirements for website features, updates, and campaigns

Support the migration of the WordPress website to Azure across various environments

Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain documentation of business processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, e-commerce, or website management

Strong understanding of WordPress CMS and web content management workflows

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital marketing teams

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal)

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments and website migration concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization

Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tag Manager

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development processes

Experience in the fast casual/restaurant or retail industry
