Community & Social Media Manager for Creator Economy Startup

Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Vetra Mobile, an early-stage startup building products for the creator economy, is on the hunt for a Community & Social Media Manager to help shape how creators and their communities experience their brand! We’re helping them fill this position.
If you’re someone who lives online, understands creator culture inside and out, and knows how to make brand engagement feel genuinely native — this is the right role for you.
Requirements
You deeply understand internet communities, creator culture, and live streaming platforms like Twitch and Discord
You’re comfortable jumping into live Twitch chats and Reddit threads and representing a brand authentically
You have hands‑on experience managing and growing Discord and/or Reddit communities
You can write posts, replies, and comments that feel native to internet and creator culture — not corporate
You’re a self‑starter who’s comfortable with high ownership and wearing multiple hats at an early‑stage startup
You move quickly, think strategically, and can contribute to the direction of community and social efforts
Experience with social media scheduling and posting across X, TikTok, and Instagram
Background in growth strategy, community management, and audience retention is a must
Responsibilities
Manage and grow Vetra Mobile’s Discord and Reddit communities, fostering a positive and engaged environment
Join sponsored Twitch streams to answer product questions from live chat and represent the brand in real time
Ensure sponsored creator activations run smoothly and communicate directly with creators when needed
Manage posting across social platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) with a voice that resonates with creator audiences
Monitor conversations, spot trends and memes, and identify opportunities for organic engagement
Relay community feedback and sentiment insights back to the internal team
Help seed early conversations, build relationships with early users, and shape the brand’s voice across creator ecosystems
Contribute to strategy and planning for community growth, creator activations, and campaign initiatives
