Responsibilities
Making every guest feel welcome—first‑timers and regulars alike
Building our iconic desserts that look just as good as they taste
Learning and mastering our signature swirl (yes, it’s a thing )
Keeping the space clean, stocked, and ready between customers
Tracking inventory and letting the team know when we’re running low
Staying in the loop on new drops, collabs, and brand moments
Following food safety and store guidelines (we’ll train you!)
Requirements
At least
1 year of food service experience
Customer‑facing experience is a plus (retail, café, anything people‑focused)
Cash handling experience? Nice but not required, we'll train
Ability to stay on your feet, move around, and lift up to 30 lbs
Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
Clear communication and a team‑first mindset
Preferred Traits
Friendly, outgoing, and enjoy talking to people
Reliable! You show up and do your thing
Looking for a Full‑time, 8‑hour shift position
Detail‑oriented and take pride in your work
