Able to handle expo without supervision.
Able to identify and coordinate composed plates for service.
Ability to communicate dishes to guests.
Positive attitude at all times with guests and their needs.
Ability to identify guest needs while running food.
Full availability for weekend shifts.
Able to manage food runners and coordinate with the Executive Chef.
