Job Overview We're seeking a hands‑on marketing professional who can independently execute initiatives that support our growth across key client segments, including Alternative Asset Managers (private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, and portfolio companies), Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), and Family Offices.

This role is responsible for bringing marketing initiatives to life - planning, building, coordinating, and delivering programs that strengthen relationships and support business development. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and are delivered with a high level of quality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

Segment & Partnership Initiatives

Plan and execute marketing initiatives tailored to priority client segments (AAMs, RIAs, Family Offices)

Coordinate webinars, events, sponsorships, and co‑marketing efforts

Support relationship teams with targeted communications and materials

Maintain consistency and professionalism across segment‑specific marketing efforts

Campaign & Content Execution

Draft and coordinate LinkedIn posts, supporting industry insights, firm initiatives, and relationship visibility

Draft and coordinate thought leadership, announcements and updates

Build and manage email campaigns, communications, and client outreach

Partner with SMEs to shape ideas into clear, professional content appropriate for a relationship‑driven audience

Ensure materials align with brand standards and messaging

Business Development Support

Manage development of presentations and collateral for new business opportunities

Coordinate timelines and inputs across subject matter experts and producers

Drive projects to completion with minimal oversight

Project Ownership

Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously from concept through delivery

Anticipate needs, follow up proactively, and keep projects moving

Collaborate with design and digital resources to finalize materials

Measurement & Organization

Track participation, engagement and program outcomes

Maintain organized records of campaigns and communications

Provide clear status updates and performance summaries to leadership

Qualifications

5–7+ years of marketing experience in insurance, financial services, or professional services

Experience supporting relationship‑driven or B2B marketing environments

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Excellent written communication skills and comfort collaborating with senior professionals and subject matter experts

Ability to operate independently and manage priorities without constant direction

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to develop clear, polished client‑facing presentations and coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders; strong working knowledge of Excel and Word

Experience managing LinkedIn content in a professional services or B2B setting, including drafting posts, coordinating subject matter input, and maintaining a consistent voice aligned with the firm’s brand

Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)

Compensation The national average salary for this role is $105,000.00 – $125,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
