Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedDigital Coordinator to join our North America Digital team. This hybrid rolesupports both digital marketing (Email, SMS, App, CRM) and digitalmerchandising (product go live, catalog management, site QA), ensuring aseamless and compelling customer experience across our ecommerce channels inthe US and Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in theirdigital career who wants hands-on exposure to multiple functions—marketing,merchandising, analytics, and site operations. You’ll collaborate closely withcross functional partners to launch products on time, execute marketingcampaigns, and support seasonal business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Merchandising

Manage end-to-end product go-live using Salesforce CommerceCloud, ERP, and PIM systems, including product copy, imagery, categorization,and attribution. Track and communicate weekly go live status to ensure timelylaunches across US and Canada. Conduct daily site QA to validate product accuracy,attribution, navigation, and sort/filter functionality. Maintain and curate product categories, support onsitestorytelling, and identify opportunities based on seasonal assortments andcompetitive insights. Conduct weekly competitive analysis for digitalmerchandising trends and opportunities.

CRM Marketing

Assist with building, scheduling, and deploying email, SMSand app campaigns, including promotional and automated messages. Coordinate with creative teams to ensure content aligns withbrand guidelines and campaign goals. Provide product links and merchandising support for email,SMS and app campaigns.

Reporting & Analytics

Track and report on email, SMS, and app performance (CTR,conversions, etc.). Support product and merchandising reporting as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing,merchandising, or a related field; fashion industry experience is a plus.

Technical Skills

Experience with ecommerce platforms (Salesforce CommerceCloud, Shopify), ERP, and PIM systems (training provided) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) is aplus. Familiarity with email/SMS platforms (training provided). Basic understanding of analytics tools such as GoogleAnalytics or Looker.
