Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management

Manage, maintain and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc) across brands and properties.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Track engagement metrics and help optimize content performance.

Online Listings & Digital Presence

Maintain and update apartment listing platforms including Apartments.com, Zillow, and other rental sites.

Ensure listings are accurate, current, and aligned with property marketing goals.

Assist with updating website content and online profiles as needed.

Online Reputation Management

Monitor and respond to online reviews across multiple platforms including Google and apartment listing sites.

Coordinate responses to resident feedback and ensure communication remains professional and aligned with company standards.

Track trends in feedback to help identify opportunities for improvement.

Content Creation & Marketing Support

Assist with creating engaging marketing materials, announcements, and digital content.

Develop graphics and promotional materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.

Help coordinate marketing campaigns, announcements, and product updates.

Support brand consistency across all digital channels.

Events & Industry Engagement

Assist in planning and coordinating resident events at apartment communities.

Help coordinate logistics and promotional materials for industry trade shows and conferences.

Support event communications and promotional outreach.

Reporting & Analytics

Track performance metrics such as engagement, social media reach, lead volume, and listing effectiveness

Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and improvement recommendations

General Marketing Coordination

Support overall marketing initiatives across both organizations.

Help manage marketing calendars and campaign schedules.

Assist leadership teams with marketing-related administrative and coordination tasks

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $26 - $32 per hour

Requirements Qualifications:

3–5+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, communications, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands simultaneously.

Strong written communication skills with experience responding to online reviews, comments, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Experience developing and executing social media or digital marketing strategies, including content planning and performance tracking.

Proficiency with social media management tools and design platforms such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.

Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or promotional initiatives.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience working with digital marketing analytics and engagement metrics to inform content strategy.

Comfortable working in a collaborative environment supporting multiple business units or brands.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar fields

Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or PropTech.

Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or industry events.

Familiarity with apartment listing platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, or similar rental marketplaces.

Basic knowledge of website updates, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, including viewing multiple screens and typing for extended periods

Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video conferencing, and in person

Occasional standing, walking, and moving between work areas or office locations

Ability to lift and carry light materials (up to 15–25 pounds), such as marketing materials, event supplies, or equipment

Visual ability to read and analyze digital content, including detailed text and graphics

Manual dexterity to operate a computer, camera equipment, and other standard office or content creation tools

Ability to travel occasionally for events, meetings, or on-site content creation

Ability to set up and break down light event or promotional materials
