Social Media Specialist
as part of its marketing department, to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.
Responsibilities
Develop, curate and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos and stories) across all social media platforms.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice and visuals.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategy.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement rates, traffic, conversions, etc.).
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance/content.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, customer relations, sales, etc.) to align messaging and campaigns.
