AuBurn Pharmacy is seeking a

part-time Marketing Coordinator for a permanent, ongoing role . This is an

IN PERSON

job, located at our Corporate office in Garnett, KS.

Shifts will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm.

This is

not a seasonal or temporary position . The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations, with a focus on social media management, internal communications, and coordination of marketing initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all company social media channels and digital communication platforms.

Create, schedule, and update content calendars for social media, internal screens, and digital signage.

Assist with content creation including photo, video, and written materials.

Coordinate marketing efforts across departments and support internal/external communications.

Manage event logistics including registrations, promotional materials, and fulfillment.

Oversee sponsorships, donations, and community engagement tracking.

Monitor social media engagement and brand reputation, coordinating responses as needed.

Support execution of marketing campaigns, events, and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment preferred.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
