Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Product Training and Sales specialist who can travel around the country, with some opportunities for remote work. The role involves delivering product training to channel distributors’ sales teams, installers, and other potential customers to ensure a strong understanding of our product features. Responsibilities include delivering pre‑sales and post‑sales training and meeting sales targets. The specialist will collaborate with the team to create and improve effective training materials, conduct on‑site and virtual training sessions, and work with stakeholders to enhance training programs. This role also requires supporting all sales phases by working closely with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored product recommendations and support. Qualifications
Self‑motivated, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment Willingness to travel as needed to deliver training at customer sites Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to comfortably use installation tools such as impact drivers and drills At least 1 year of sales experience preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply Experience in training and facilitating learning sessions Ability to develop and deliver engaging product training programs Familiarity with the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus; not required for recent graduates Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
