Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or related field

Role And Responsibilities Celebrity Collaborations & Influencer Partnerships

Identify, onboard, and manage celebrity associations aligned with Crimsoune Club’s brand identity and target audience.

Lead end-to-end execution of celebrity collaborations including endorsements, campaigns, events, store launches, and appearances.

Negotiate contracts, commercials, deliverables, and timelines with celebrities, talent managers, and agencies.

Manage ongoing relationships with celebrities, stylists, managers, and publicists to ensure long-term brand alignment.

Media Relations & Brand Visibility

Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion, lifestyle, business, and entertainment media.

Secure high-impact media coverage across print, digital, TV, and social platforms.

Draft and distribute press releases, brand stories, campaign notes, and look-books.

Manage press previews, media interactions, and brand showcases.

Stylist & Fashion Industry Engagement

Collaborate with celebrity stylists and fashion influencers for brand placements in films, TV shows, music videos, and public appearances.

Ensure Crimsoune Club’s presence in red carpet looks, airport styles, magazine shoots, and high-visibility events.

Track and report earned media value (EMV) and brand reach from placements.

Campaigns, Events & Brand Activations

Plan and execute PR-led brand events, celebrity store openings, fashion shows, and experiential activations.

Work closely with marketing, digital, and creative teams to amplify campaigns across platforms.

Support crisis communication and reputation management when required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Budget Management

Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, Retail, E-commerce) to align PR initiatives with business objectives.

Manage PR agencies, talent agencies, and external partners.

Plan and track PR budgets, ensuring optimal ROI from celebrity and media investments.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Measure PR effectiveness using KPIs such as media reach, impressions, EMV, sentiment analysis, and brand lift.

Prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting campaign impact and opportunities.
