Schedule
Wednesday: 12:45 PM – 9:15 PM
Thursday: 12:45 PM – 9:15 PM
Occasional weekend coverage for events only
Pay $18.00 /hour, plus eligible for tips.
Responsibilities
Stand for entire shift.
Communicate well in English.
Walk between garage locations.
Operate specialist apps on iPad.
Ensure appropriate number of cars is kept on location.
Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
Count vehicles throughout shift as needed.
Write and issue violation warnings.
Patrol parking levels on foot or in customized motor carts.
Assist customers who have forgotten where they parked.
Arrive on time, be present every scheduled day, wear uniform.
Assist customers with questions, refer to Facility Manager if necessary.
Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment.
Report accidents, violations, safety hazards to Facility Manager.
Communicate debris, spills to garage office.
Substitute for valets when authorized.
Know all areas of garage, major streets, landmarks and freeways.
Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Less than high school education or one month related experience.
Valid state‑issued driver's license (if required to drive company vehicle).
Availability to work 2nd, 3rd shift, weekends as required.
Read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence.
Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide with American currency.
Maintain neat, clean appearance and uniform at all times.
Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, occasionally lift up to 25 lb.
