
Commercial Performance Manager

As the Commercial Performance Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of a field service and sales support (Commercial) organization to guide PPG Refinish USCA's strategic goals. You will report to the Director of Commercial Coatings.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership and other teams to manage change and adoption.
Create upskilling, communication, and training to clarify roles, responsibilities, and performance measurements.
Champion a culture of accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop metrics and tools to monitor adoption, measure the effectiveness, and improve processes and customers' line productivity.
Coordinate with Zones, Strategic Accounts, and Senior Refinish management for understanding.
Main contact with Direct & Corporate customers, specifically at operational layers.
Perform line studies with important prospects and develop a formal project outline and path forward in the sales process.
Put together data for products and investments for proposed customers based online study information.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Strategic Leadership and ability to Act with Long-term Perspective, Collaboration & Build Trust & Respect
Background in Change Management, Performance Management, Communication & Influence & development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
