****Average hourly rate is $19.23 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****
Looking for someone who enjoys organization, working with vendors, and keeping purchases on track!
What you’ll do:
Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement needs
Source vendors and help negotiate purchasing agreements
Ensure orders are accurate, cost-effective, and delivered on time
Verify products meet specifications and match invoices
Enter purchasing data into the accounting system and assist with reports
Follow agency policies and all local, state, and federal regulations
Support teamwork, customer service, and culturally responsive practices
What you’ll need:
High school diploma or GED (procurement experience preferred)
Strong organization, communication, and basic math skills
Comfortable using computers and financial systems
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally
