ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Relations representative with Ricky Sanchez Insurance, you will create a memorable customer experience by leaving a positive influence on our customers. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and identifying additional opportunities in every interaction.

Ideal candidate and work at least 30 hours per week
