Freight Management, Inc. (FMI) is a family-owned, veteran-operated logistics provider based in Itasca, IL with over 40 years of experience in ocean container transportation and drayage. We specialize in ocean container drayage, helping importers, exports, beneficial cargo owners, freight forwarders, and NVOCCs move containers efficiently between U.S. ports, rail ramps, and inland customer facilities across the United States. We are looking for an experienced

drayage / intermodal sales professional

who understands the import/export ecosystem and can develop new business with companies moving international freight. This role is focused purely on

building and growing drayage accounts . What You’ll Do Develop new business with

importers, exporters, BCOs, freight forwarders, and NVOCCs Identify companies moving containers through

U.S. ports and rail ramps Sell FMI’s drayage brokerage solutions for import and export container moves Build long-term relationships with customers moving international freight Work closely with our experienced drayage operations team to ensure successful execution Grow a portfolio of drayage accounts across major port and inland rail markets What We’re Looking For 2+ years of

drayage, intermodal, or container logistics sales experience Strong understanding of

import/export shipping and container transportation Experience selling to

BCOs, freight forwarders, or NVOCCs Proven ability to develop new business and close freight opportunities Existing industry relationships are a strong plus Why Join FMI Established Drayage Platform -
