About The Role We are seeking a motivated entry‑level marketer to support the execution of marketing strategies while contributing to business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, with an interest in driving brand growth and supporting new business opportunities.

Strong geographic preference for DC Area or Phoenix‑based candidates.

What You'll Do Marketing Execution

Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and content channels

Coordinate content creation including blog posts, case studies, online reviews, newsletters, and social media

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations

Support brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications

Manage marketing calendars and project timelines

Content & Communications

Draft and edit marketing materials, including website copy, email campaigns, and promotional assets

Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs for storytelling and thought leadership

Support PR and communications initiatives as needed

Business Development Support

Assist in the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and RFP responses

Follow up with prospects/webinar attendees to schedule meetings for leadership

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities

Maintain and update CRM systems with prospect and client information

Support lead generation efforts, including list building and outreach coordination

Help track pipeline activity and prepare reports for leadership

Collaboration & Operations

Work cross-functionally with sales, account, and creative teams

Support event marketing efforts, including webinars, conferences, and networking events

Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and business development initiatives

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS, email and social platforms)

Experience supporting sales or business development efforts is a plus

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends

Proactive and eager to learn
