At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.

LymphaTech is advancing lymphedema technologies through a mobile 3D measuring system that replaces the tape measure with fast, automated, and highly accurate digital measurement. The platform supports clinicians in improving accuracy, operational efficiency, documentation, and compression garment fitting workflows. We work with physical therapists, oncology rehabilitation programs, cancer centers, DME providers, and hospital systems across the U.S.

Position Overview The Inside Sales & Product Specialist is a high-impact role responsible for owning the inbound sales process from initial lead qualification through contract execution and onboarding coordination.

This Individual Will

Qualify and manage inbound sales leads

Serve as a clinical product expert

Close software subscription agreements

Provide Tier 1 & 2 product support to customers

Coordinate onboarding and training logistics

Attend industry conferences

This role requires strong communication skills, comfort engaging healthcare professionals, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound sales leads from website inquiries, email, events, and marketing campaigns

Identify customer type (independent clinician, private clinic, DME provider, hospital, health system)

Assess clinical needs, buying timeline, budget, and decision-making structure

Document all activity and opportunities in CRM

Prioritize and manage sales pipeline

Virtual Demonstrations & Clinical Engagement

Conduct virtual product demonstrations of the LymphaTech 3D Measuring System

Clearly communicate:

Clinical value propositions

Accuracy and validation data

Workflow impact and time savings

Address technical and clinical questions confidently

Tailor presentations for:

Practice owners

Administrators

Procurement teams

Sales Process Ownership & Closing

Own the sales cycle from demo to contract

Prepare and deliver quotes

Manage SaaS subscription agreements and renewals

Coordinate Business Associate Agreements (BAA) when required

Interface with hospital procurement departments

Coordinate completion of cybersecurity reviewsSupport invoice generation and payment tracking

Provide First-line Product Support Including

Login credential issues

iPad and Structure Sensor setup

Basic troubleshooting of hardware and scanning technique

Common scan quality issues

Hardware setup questions

Basic software navigation assistance

Escalate technical issues appropriately when required.

Customer Onboarding & Training Coordination

Assist customers in ordering required hardware

Support account setup and credential creation

Coordinate in-person or virtual training sessions

Manage travel logistics for on-site training

Ensure training site requirements are met (space, connectivity, equipment setup)

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain organized CRM records

Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

Gather customer feedback

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2+ years experience in inside sales, healthcare sales, or clinical product support

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and follow-up discipline

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Technical Aptitude

Comfortable with mobile devices (iPad, apps)

Able to learn 3D scanning technology quickly

Familiar with basic troubleshooting processes

Experience using CRM systems

Preferred

Experience selling to healthcare providers or hospitals

Knowledge of lymphedema, rehabilitation, or compression garments

Experience navigating hospital procurement

Familiarity with SaaS agreements and healthcare compliance requirements

Confident communicator with clinicians and administrators

Technically curious and detail-oriented

Self-starter with high ownership mindset

Problem-solver who can troubleshoot independently

Highly organized and process-driven

Professional and polished in virtual presentation settings

Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contributions, and other requirements and conditions.

Below is the starting salary or hourly range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.

US Pay Range

$61,500 - $86,205 USD
