What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Analyze marketing, sales, and CRM data to identify customer behavior trends
Support marketing operations by optimizing workflows and processes within HubSpot
Perform competitive research and market analysis to inform marketing initiatives
Create presentations and reports summarizing findings and strategic recommendations for marketing leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data
Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Google Slides or PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Interest in healthcare, mental health, or B2B marketing
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
