Design and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee the planning, budgeting, targeting, and optimization of paid media campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams for messaging alignment. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Provide insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness. Test new platforms and tactics to enhance paid media strategies. Support lead generation and nurture initiatives through paid media efforts. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in paid media strategy and execution. Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and reporting. Experience with B2B financial services marketing preferred. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Knowledge of alternative investments is a plus.
